My name is Heather and was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. I named my first online business after my grandmother, Jane. I studied jewelry design and fine art before earning a degree in art history from UCLA. I'm a proud cat lady and plant lady, a lover of animals, and a forever student of nature, science, history, art and culture. I am always on the hunt for old objects, from exquisite antique jewelry pieces, to kitschy vintage collectibles, to historical souvenirs and unusual curiosities. I especially love salvaging and recycling items destined for the trash!
